Your Cell Phone is Your Reality Series

A while back, I was invited to participate in a think tank about mobile/entertainment put on by Nokia. I pitched to them an idea that I still really want to see happen: the idea that an intelligent video camera (like Nokia’s N95) could become the filming media and platform for self-generated first-person documentaries.

My New Pilot: “Savage County”

For the last two years, I’ve been plugging away at a horror web series with many different names. I can’t say much about it yet, but it finally has a name that’s sticking: “Savage County” and we’ve shot the pilot for MTV. What else? It will be set in Texas. It will be scary. If it goes to series, there will be redvines on the craft service table.

Why $5 Cover will Change “Webisodes”

We finally have a release date. It looks like $5 Cover is coming to MTV on May 1, 2009. This is the culmination of a lot of hard work from a lot of people, but I think it’s going to shift perceptions about what “webisodes” or original internet content looks and sounds like.
