So, when I posted a link to an article on “Zombie Porn in Art History“, all of a sudden the #1 google search term for this website was “Zombie Porn” and the number one referring city was Berlin.

Perhaps I have Bruce LaBruce to thank. His new gay zombie porno arthouse/filmfest movie “L.A. Zombie” is now at a (gallery? artspace?) called Peres Projects in Berlin.

One of my favorite things in the world is discovering/devouring a new comic. VIA BOING BOING. I made this, you play this, we are enemies. A “game” by some guy that makes things that I wish I knew how to make. UPDATE: this “some guy” is Jason Nelson and he very kindly emailed me. I haven’t written him back, but man, I really like his game and I think ee cummings would like his game, too. I got an art school itch and decided to compile my favorite snapshots into one of those books Apple prints out of Aperture (pray for Steve Jobs! pray for Steve Jobs!). Here is the resultant PDF. When I’m 88 I want to be an emerging artist. I’ll heft my walker to a summer group show in Wisconsin somewhere.

Aaron Koblin, the developer behind the 1.0 version of my site howdoisaythis.com recently developed this application/music video for Radiohead. The “video” is basically a spreadsheet of coordinate data for points living in 3D space which play in time to the song. The surfaces move with the singing and you can watch the performance from either inside or outside the performers’ heads.
